ERP pricing pages rarely reflect what a project actually costs. Here's what to budget for beyond the license fee.

Licensing or subscription

The recurring cost of the software itself, usually priced per user or per module.

Configuration, data migration, and integration work, which for custom builds is often the largest line item.

Bug fixes, upgrades, and optimization after go-live, typically billed monthly or as a retainer.
